The PhoneIQ Agent license is designed for users that work within Salesforce, usually Sales and Service teams that require that their phone system connects seamlessly to their CRM, providing powerful automation and CTI capabilities in conjunction with Salesforce. On the other hand, the PhoneIQ Office license is designed for those users within the company that require standard Unified Communications and Phone System functionalities. Both types of users can communicate for free within an account using extension dialing, messaging and online meetings.

The free trial lasts 7 days and include free calling and 1 local number. Once requested, your trial account will be activated and provisioned instantly by one of our representatives.

Absolutely! Any device that supports the SIP Standard protocol can be connected to PhoneIQ and assigned to a user or as a shared device.

Flat rate calling to the US and Canada is only available for customers on the Enterprise Plan. For customers on Standard and Premium, telephony is billed separately from users. Telephony is billed per minute and administrators must purchase prepaid calling credits in order to activate outbound calling. Automatic top-up can be setup for the account, recharging the balance when it drops below the desired threshold.

No. Based on your needs, you can choose between monthly or annual billing. We believe you’ll be delighted with our product and will be interested in saving more money using the annual billing plans. With monthly billing, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time.
